Jerusha or Jerushah (Hebrew: ירושא, Yerūshā; "Name means::dispossessor") (ca. 815/4–m. 765/4 BC) was the daughter of high priest Zadok II, the wife of King Uzziah, and the mother of King Jotham of the Kingdom of Judah. (2_Chronicles 27:1 )
Her marriage is the second marital connection between the House of David and the house of Aaron. The first was the marriage of Princess Jehosheba to Jerushah's great-grandfather Jehoiada. The third would be the marriage of Jerushah's great niece Abi to Prince Ahaz.
