Enos (Hebrew: אנוש, ʼEnōsh; Greek: Ἐνώς, Enōs; Ge'ez: ሄኖስ, Henos; "Name means::mortal man, sick, frail, miserable"[1]) (Born::Tammuz 235 AM-Died::Tammuz 1140 AM) was the son of son of::Seth and the father of father of::Cainan. He was born when Seth was 105 years old, in 236 AM.[2]
Enos fathered Cainan when he was Age of parenthood::90 years old (325 AM),[3] and lived to be Life span::905 years old (1140 AM)[4]
"And Enos lived ninety years, and begat Cainan: And Enos lived after he begat Cainan eight hundred and fifteen years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died." - Genesis 5:9-11
