Russell Humphreys
David Russell Humphreys, Ph.D., é um premiado físico nuclear e teórico, cosmólogo, e criacionista. Suas contribuições mais notáveis para a ciência da criação são suas ideias sobre o rápido decaimento do campo magnético da Terra, suas contribuições contínuas ao projeto do grupo RATE, e seus modelos cosmológicos.
Vida e carreira
Dr. Humphreys nasceu em 2 de fevereiro de 1942 em Wyandotte, Michigan, nos Estados Unidos. Ele se graduou em física na Duke University, em 1963. Depois disso, ele foi para a Louisiana State University (LSU) para uma pós-graduação em física. Em 1969, enquanto fazia sua pesquisa de dissertação para a LSU, ele entregou sua vida a Cristo. Em 1972, ele obteve um PhD em física, e nessa época já era um criacionista totalmente convicto, devido às evidências bíblicas e científicas.
