Johanan (Hebrew: יוחנן, Yōkhānān; "Name means::YHWH is Gracious") (ca. 636–609 BC) was the first-born son of King Josiah of Judah. The Bible mentions him only once (1_Chronicles 3:15 ) as the first-born son.[1] The latest date of his death would have been the date of the Battle of Megiddo, where Josiah himself was killed in action. Johanan was likely killed in action at this same battle.
Genealogy
The Bible tells us that he was the son of Josiah. It does not name his mother.
