Physicians and Surgeons for Scientific Integrity International (PSSI International) is an international organization for Darwin-doubting doctors based in Clearwater, Florida.[1] They are skeptical of the claims for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the origination and complexity of life and therefore dissents from Darwinian macroevolution as a viable theory. This does not imply the endorsement of any alternative theory.[2] PSSI is a United States educational not-for-profit corporation which produces educational events internationally which expose the lack of scientific support for the theory of Darwinian macroevolution in an effort to counter its cultural corrosion.[2]

The organization was founded in early 2006 by Rich Akin[3] PSSI's membership is currently 264 medical doctors from 15 countries.[2] Geoffrey Simmons, Discovery Institute fellow, is one of the Directors of the PSSI.
