Creatine naturally occurs in the body and can be found in muscle tissue, the brain and also in urine. Creatine is important in for storing energy in the body and primarily in the muscle cells. The main use of creatine is as a supplement for working out. Creatine helps to enhance the body's ability to perform high intensity tasks.
