Bob earned a B.S. in Electronics Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Point Park University in 1978 and, in 1993, he earned the designation of CCP, Certified Computer Professional.  For more of Bob's professional bio see http://www.linkedin.com/in/robertivey.

From an early age Bob knew there had to be a better explanation for the origins of life than those offered by the evolutionary model.  In 1987 he attended Dr. Steve Austin's presentation on the Mount St. Helens event, sponsored by the Creation Science Fellowship in Pittsburgh, and began attending the CSF monthly meetings.  It was sometime in the late 90s when Bob was elected to serve on the Board of Directors and developed the organization's website, CSFpittsburgh.org, which he continues to maintain along with the website for the International Conference on Creationism, [1].  Bob also edited the CSF monthly newsletter from 2005 to 2007.

For the 2003, 2008 and 2013 ICCs Bob has served as a member of the conference executive committee.  In this capacity he has been responsible for developing and maintaining the conference website and producing the electronic media, CDs and DVDs, of the conference proceedings.  For the 2003 conference Bob was the editor for the proceedings and in 2013 he was responsible for copy editing the proceedings.

Bob currently resides with his wife in the Port Charlotte/Englewood area of Florida since 2005.  They have one daughter and one granddaughter who reside in Carmel, Indiana.
