Cosmic rays and free neutrinos, such as might be produced by nearby supernovas or the reversal of the earth's magnetic field, might affect the decay rates of radioactive elements, invalidating such radiometric dating methods as carbon-14, uranium-lead, and potassium-argon.

This is simply an outdated claim. Henry Morris was presenting some phenomenon that at the time seemed to have the potential of affecting decay rates. Thirty plus years of additional research have shown better models for accelerated decay. Once again Talk Origins is ignoring the age of the source.
