This template is creating some extra spacing between lines in the contact info box, which should be resolved before this template is implemented further.

Extra spacing suppressed
Check out the articles that include this template. You'll find that most of the extra line breaks are now suppressed. It took some weird parsing code, but it seems to work.--TemlakosTalk 19:57, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
Establishment date
This template displays the date of establishment outside the gray box, if I read the code correctly. Is that the intended behavior? ~ "Webster" Otley (talk) 18:57, 21 April 2012 (PDT)
No - I dont see that - maybe its been changed since.--Ashcraft - (talk) 17:25, 30 July 2013 (EDT)
Here's the relevant portion of code:
|} <!----Established---> {{#if:{{{date|}}} | <!--then:--> Est. [[Established::{{{date}}}]]| <!--else--> }}</includeonly><noinclude>
The pipe and curly-brace is the code for the end of the table that holds the contact information. Then there's a carriage return, a comment (labeling this section of the code: good practice), and another carriage return. Then comes the #if parser function for displaying the establishment date. It is clearly below the table. That just seemed odd to me, so I was checking to make sure that's what we wanted. ~ Webster (talk) 03:02, 16 August 2013 (EDT)
Spacing Problem
The spacing issue is caused when parameters are not included in a particular address box. See the following examples. --Ashcraft - (talk) 17:25, 30 July 2013 (EDT)

- Yes, that's the circumstances in which the problem occurs, but there must be some way of preventing it happening even in those circumstances. Philip J. Rayment 09:10, 7 August 2013 (EDT)
Semantic notation
Does semantic notation refer to the double colons? If so, it doesn't look like it's supported on this wiki. Clarinetguy097 18:56, 4 February 2017 (EST)
- The recent update, intended to build mobile friendship into this wiki, broke Semantic MediaWiki completely. I am trying to get my own affairs in order so that I can afford literally to pay for a consultation to straighten out the code and restore all the functionality we lost. Have patience – I see some light at the end of the tunnel.--TemlakosTalk 07:07, 5 February 2017 (EST)
