Talk:Holy Spirit
Why is there a image of Christ on this page (Holy Spirit)? --A. MorrisTalk 13:01, 24 April 2007 (EST)
- Jesus Christ is son of God the Father and if you have seen Him you have seen the Father. Jesus is also God and God is essentially a spirit or the Holy Spirit. To me the picture works because Jesus, even though He was human and flesh like me and you, He submitted fully to the holy spirit.
- So the picture could be seen as the human embodiment or manifestation of the Holy Spirit. Just how I look at it, doesn't bother me if it there or not. --Tony Sommer 13:34, 24 April 2007 (EDT)
You should put back what you deleted, I thought it was just fine! --Tony Sommer 18:43, 24 April 2007 (EDT)
Tony, I didn't delete that. I that it was good too! Michellemccormick deleted it, and I have no idea why. About the image of Christ, I know They are three in One, but the caption on the bottom of the image says: *Not the Holy Spirit* which kindd of contradicts itself. Since we already have that image for the article Christ, I think there is not much reason to leave it on there. --A. MorrisTalk 19:10, 24 April 2007 (EST)
I agree Amorris about the image, we should have a different one. As far as the deletion of the content, it should be reverted, can you do that? --Tony Sommer 19:13, 24 April 2007 (EDT)
Yes, I just did. And I took the image off. --A. MorrisTalk 19:20, 24 April 2007 (EST)
Hhhhmmmm, I wonder what kind of image would be appropriate for this article. --A. MorrisTalk 19:22, 24 April 2007 (EST)
Perhaps a painting or something with a grouping of Christians but with an apostle doing miracles because of the holy spirit? --Tony Sommer 19:25, 24 April 2007 (EDT)
- Yeah, I'll look around for something like that.

The picture is perfect dude, good choice! --Tony Sommer 19:42, 24 April 2007 (EDT)
Thanks! I like it too. Now, I think we need an article about the dove; and the different occurrences the dove was mentioned in the Bible. --A. MorrisTalk 19:49, 24 April 2007 (EST)
