Since their still creating havoc today and according to the book of Job (written after the flood) Satan (a fallen angel himself) was still able to enter and interrupt a gathering in Heaven. This leaves me to the conclusion they were permanently restricted from materializing. Which seems logical to me since they were abusing a God-given ability. | |||
