This is not a known Creationist claim, besides it is clearly wrong. Talk Origins does not even give a source for this one. Did they just make this one up?
There is a difference between complexity and order. Complexity can be produced randomly. A good example is an entangled ball of yarn. What is critical to the issue of origins is ordered complexity, not just complexity.
