Languages are the media of communication among human beings.

All languages derived from a common root, that being the language spoken by Noah and his sons. Modern languages are much poorer than ancient ones, which might explain why members of the technical professions always look to an ancient language (typically Latin or Greek) to coin a term or phrase for a new concept.
