Creationist?

Are you a creationist? CreationWiki policy prohibits noncreationists from editting content pages.

A response

In response to you questioning my addition to the "great flood" I have a few comments to make. Firstly, and most importantly, the story, and that is what i believe it is, of Noahs ark does not HAVE to have happened if creation is to be believed. Without it the theory of creationism doesn't break down or lose all integrity - it simply happened in a different way. Secondly using the Egyptians as proof is not what I was trying to do at all, instead I was only putting forward another view, a point of discussion if you will. And anyway, narrowmindedly studying the Bible as 100% historical fact - isn't that the same thing? Both are contemporary sources (even if the Bible was changed years after)and so one cannot be simply dismissed.

I did not question your contributions to the global flood page. I asked if you were a creationist. Are you?

Creationist?

Am I a creastionist; in the taking-the-bible-or-any-other-holy-book-for-that-matter-as-absolute-truth (as shown through the belief of the great flood), no. What I tihnk is evident here is that this site seems prodominantly skewed to a Christian stance. Why? Is no other point of view valid because it conflicts with Bible? If so thats rediculous.

While non-Biblical creationist points of view are welcome - noncreationist points of view are not. Furthermore, if you are not a creationist, you are not permitted to edit content pages. That is clearly stated in our policy and your welcome letter. --Mr. Ashcraft 09:44, 31 March 2007 (EDT)
Again - as an admitted noncreationist, you are not permitted to edit page content. --Mr. Ashcraft 13:48, 1 April 2007 (EDT)
Just to let you know, Mattpedgt, this is not because we are closeminded or are frightened of the evolutionary thinking. This wiki site is intended to be a conservative creationist site, and there are plenty of pro-evo wikis out there, therefore we are trying to be a "light shining in darkness", as Jesus put it. Kind regards, Scorpionman 21:32, 1 April 2007 (EDT)

Creationist

Nothing I have said is anti-creationist. Questioning the story of the ark doesn't, and should not, equate to being against creation.

I never said it was. I was simply clarifying our policy. --Mr. Ashcraft 12:28, 31 March 2007 (EDT)
