Aquarium guide

A couple of problems noted with the book Aquarium Guide

  1. The "PAGENAME" template has been left on the page without being integrated into the first sentence of the description.
  2. Biblical Apologetics and Intelligent Design categories were applied to the page. So for clarification - unless the word Bible appears in the description - dont use the Biblical apologetics category. Unless the word "intelligent design" or "design" appears in the description, dont use the intelligent design category. This title should have been placed in the "biology category".

I made these changes. Note changes here. http://creationwiki.org/index.php?title=Aquarium_Guide&action=historysubmit&diff=285284&oldid=285237

Problems with the image uploaded for this page.

  1. The book title was not provided in the description (instead it said Creation Bookstore)
  2. The categories were not applied.

Note changes here. http://creationwiki.org/pool/index.php?title=File%3AAquarium_Guide.jpg&action=historysubmit&diff=35781&oldid=35775

Otherwise looking good...

I would suggest continuing to work as time permits while this is still fresh in your mind.

Creation Books Charlie and Trike in the Grand Canyon Adventure

Dear Mr. Ashcraft:I was unable to successfully upload the promotional video to the book 'Charlie and Trike in the Grand Canyon Adventure'. When I entered the video link after the equal sign, it only put in what I typed, not the video. Is this video not on Youtube or is the error on my part? Kyle Frolander

The error is yours. If you want me to look at a page, provide me a link to the page that contains the problem.

There are problems with the pages you just created and the info provided with the files that were uploaded.

  1. Again - as I just mentioned above - The categories were not applied to the uploaded images.
  2. You uploaded thumbnails for some (gifs)
  3. The source link provided when uploaded should be the page where the image and descriptive information can be found (see here).
  4. The Copyright status should read "Fair Use: publicity photo by the Northwest Creation Network".
  5. At least 2 of the articles you just created dont even have a "Source" section. Those that do - do not have a correct "purchase" link to the page where the title can be purchased. One instead links to the Biology category page, another links to a completely different title, and a couple simply link to the store homepage.

Also most books on the store contain a link in the footer to a category page (do not create links to these). See the following link for example. The "Fossils and Dinosaurs" is not an item on the store, but a page where all fossil and dinosaur items can be found. http://store.nwcreation.net/distofsh.html

Subtaxa

For your Caecilian gallery - since they are an "order" the subtaxa would be the "family" level. Your goal here is to provide example species from several different families. In the gallery captions, identify the family of the species you have placed there.

See changes here for example. http://creationwiki.org/index.php?title=Caecilian&action=historysubmit&diff=288803&oldid=288647
