My interest in creation evolved (heh!) over several years. When I was a teenager being raised in a liberal theology household, I did not know any better and was a theistic evolutionist for the sake of compromise. Sermons by Dr. D. James Kennedy sparked my interest, and I started getting materials by ICR. Eventually, I was teaching creation science in churches in lower Michigan in the 1990s (both the theology and the science aspects...still have the letters of recommendation). Because I had been hurt by Christians in several ways, plus my own selfish desires came to the fore, I left the faith for about fifteen years, delving into Buddhism.

I rededicated my life to Christ about two years ago and began renewing my interest in apologetics. From that, my interest in creationism was renewed with a vengeance. My original Weblog, Stormbringer's Thunder, took a turn toward the theological and evangelistic, as well as challenging atheism and evolutionism. A second Weblog was formed, "A Soldier for Jesus", for and about Christians. This contains some articles on the theology of compromise with Genesis. The third one is the newest, "Evolutionary Truth by Piltdown Superman". I sent a separate message about that one to the admin mailbox, asking for inclusion.

Creation Ministries International has a "Question Evolution" campaign, and I was bugging them to set up an actual "Question Evolution Day". Since they ignored this, I took it on myself to spearhead the project. So, "Question Evolution Day / Academic Freedom Day" is February 12, Papa Darwin's birthday. I am seeking as much publicity as I can get for this.
