Born: 2-19-30 Raised in Christian family, accepted Christ at age of 9, BS Chemistry, the King's College 1953, MS 1955 and Phd 1958 in Chemistry University of Delaware. Assistant Professor of Chemistry, Grove City College 1957-61; Professor of Chemistry, Gordon College 1961-2005. Editor of Perspectives on Science and Christian Faith 1990-1998. Editor ASA Web Site 1998-present. Research in carbohydrate chemistry, chemiluminescence, complexation reactions. Interests in history of science, especially in the area of Christianity and Science, articles on John Wesley's interests in science, response of Christians to relativity, and in the philosophy of science.
