The Bible, Genesis & Geology (Ministry)
The Bible, Genesis & Geology is an Old-Earth Creationism Bible Teaching Ministry that provides instruction and study on the Ruin-Reconstruction (Gap Theory) interpretation of Genesis creation. The focus of the website emphasizes the correlations between Geological observations and Biblical Doctrine, with a concentration on the hermeneutics of Genesis 1:2.
Thesis
"The revealed Presence and Legacy of Sin in Geologic Deep-Time and the Theological Implications."
The site's core thesis postulates that observations of both a geologic Old-Earth and death in deep-time (fossils) are best explained by the Holy Bible's doctrine of sin. Specifically, that the Creation (Genesis 1:1) was corrupted by the introduction of the sin-nature into the cosmos by the rebellion of the "Anointed Cherub" Ezekiel 28:13-17 (KJV) & Isaiah 14:12-16 (KJV) in Earth's antiquity. The cumulative result of this act of sin is revealed by the Holy Spirit in verse Genesis 1:2 of the Bible, where the Earth is found already present as a planet within a ruined creation. The Divine creative process of the six-days that follow Genesis 1:3-31 (KJV) are a regeneration of the heavens and Earth and the creation of the world of man. Adam's sin of disobedience was responsible for the introduction of the sin-nature into the present creation.
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: - Romans 5:12

Doctrinal Positions
The "Gap" in Scripture
The website's doctrinal position deviates from the generalized description of typical "Gap Theory" proponents given on this Wiki's "Gap Theory Creationism" page in respect to the interpretations of Genesis 1:2 and Jeremiah 4:23.
"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." - Genesis 1:2
"I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by his fierce anger." - Jeremiah 4:23-26
It specifically refutes the majority position that Jeremiah 4:23 is a cross-reference back to Genesis 1:2 because of the common phrase, "without form, and void" used by the Spirit in both verses. Instead, it argues that Jeremiah 4:23 is actually a reference to a post-tribulation period "regeneration" Matthew 19:28 (KJV) of the heavens and Earth outlined by the prophet Isaiah at 65:17 prior to the one-thousand-year reign of the Lord Jesus Christ Revelation 20:1-15 (KJV) & Isaiah 65:17-25 (KJV). It argues that the creative event of Isaiah 65:17 is the third of a total our four creations found within the Holy Bible.
Four Creations of the Bible
These four "creative" events are lasted as:
1 The Initial Creation of the "heaven and earth" Genesis 1:1 (KJV) & Job 38:4-11 (KJV) - The Angel's World. Time frame: "In the beginning"
2 The First Regeneration of the "heavens and the earth" Genesis 2:1 (KJV) & Genesis 2:4 (KJV) - Man's World. Time frame: About 6,000 years ago
3 The Second Regeneration of the "heavens and earth" Isaiah 65:17-25 (KJV) - The Kingdom World. Time frame: Following the Great Tribulation and before the one-thousand years reign of the Lord Jesus Christ upon the Earth.
4 The new Heaven and new Earth of Eternity Revelation 21:1 (KJV) - The Eternal World.
