Builds a succession box for a kingdom.

Parameters:

• before = Name of predecessor.
• asbef = Title of predecessor if different from current title.
• new = specified message for a first titleholder; defaults to First
• title = Actual title of ruler; defaults to "King."
• kingdom = Article describing the kingdom
• house = Royal house of primary
• acc = Date of accession
• birthday,birthyear = Date of birth
• deathday,deathyear = Date of death
• after = Name of successor
• asaft = Title of successor if different from current title.
• vacbef/vacaft: Code these if before or after vacancies exist
• refs = Notes and references, if any, separated by |'s.
