Builds a simple succession box.
Parameters:
- before = Name of predecessor.
- new = specified message for a first titleholder; defaults to First
- after = Name of successor.
- non = arbitrary reason for nonsuccession; defaults to Last
- title = Article describing the title
- vacbef/vacaft: Code these if before or after vacancies exist
- flourit = Date of title
- died = Date of death
(A second set of title2/before2/after2/... parameters are allowed if the individual has two titles.)
- refs = Notes and references, if any, separated by |'s.
