Talk:New Age claims

The descriptions of the claims should be placed on this page - not subpages - until such time as the write-up for any particular claim exceeds 1 page in length. At that time, the claim content would be replaced with an abstract and the content moved to a new page (Main Article).

Are you sure you want it that way? I was hoping to use the same format that the "Index of Creationist claims" uses. But if that is your, i'll comply.--Nlawrence 17:49, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
Yes. The title and format of the "Index of Creationist claims" was a duplicate of the site hosted on Talk.Origins. I see little reason to use the same format here, and do not believe this topic will inspire similar motivation from the CW authors. Again, a proper article on New Age religion has not yet even be written. That seems like the necessary first step. --Mr. Ashcraft - (talk) 17:29, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

The reason I would want to use a similar format of that used by TO is because it would work best. Having page with an abstract of every claim would be far too long. I also believe it to be the most best method of refutation. Copying TO would be a good thing.

The main reason I want to create this Index is because most people offer refutations to the key claims of the New Age movement. 99.9% of Christians offer ad hoc "rebuttals" to New Agers and call them crazy. Most people fall to offer actual replies to this movement. --Nlawrence 02:37, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
