Checked, and they don't. Specifically, they don't contain features where the direction of the crack repeatedly turns through angles > 180 degrees. But the grand canyon does.

Funny, the images and maps do not show turn over 180 degrees.
Not all cracks show signifficant meandering but some do. It looks as though some pictures will have to be added to the article thanks for the help.

For turns of over 180 degrees, look at the direction of flow between (i) the junction with the Little Colorado (flowing SSE), (ii) east of Supai (flowing NE), and (iii) north of Peach Springs (flowing S)
