Re: "# Job 38:19 (http://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/Job/Job038.html#19) speaks of the fact that light is always moving."
Job 38:19 - Where is the way where light dwelleth? and as for darkness, where is the place thereof?
Nothing there about moving and certainly nothing about always moving - in fact it implies the opposite since it talks about light dwelling somewhere. It also speaks of darkness as an entity rather than just as a lack of light.
Re: "# Job 26:7 (http://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/Job/Job026.html#7) speaks of the fact that the planet Earth moves freely in space suspended over the sun, by centrifugal force. This fact is not easily observed, and it is the most natural interpretation of the verse."
Job 26:7 - He stretcheth out the north over the empty place and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
This verse says nothing at all about the earth moving, freely or otherwise, or about the sun, or about centrifugal force. And anyway, the earth isn't suspended over the sun, it orbits the sun. Your most natural interpretation involves ignoring the first half of the verse and assuming it refers to objects not actually mentioned.
Neither verse says what you claim it does.
