Macedonia may refer to:
- Macedon - the ancient kingdom of Philip II, Alexander the Great, and their successors, conquered by Rome in 168 BC.
- Macedonia (Greece) - the largest region of Greece, consisting of three "peripheries": Central Macedonia, East Macedonia and Thrace, and West Macedonia.
- Republic of Macedonia - a modern country in southeastern Europe.
- Macedonia (region) - an wider historical and geographic region of the southern Balkans covering both of the above including parts of Bulgaria, Albania, Kosovo, and Serbia.
