Help:Semantic list format
The semantic list format shows the results of an inline query as a simple list.
Options
The options for this format are "list", "ol", and "ul".
By default, specifying "list" produces a list of items, separated by commas, with any additional properties and their values surrounded by parentheses. But an editor can pass the "sep" parameter and use any character or combination of characters as the separator. Any character is valid and will have no effect beyond its display. A list of this kind can even generate custom-annotated text for an article that could in theory have as many as fifty annotations of the page type. Help:Semantic inline queries gives an example of this usage.
The "ol" format produces an ordered list. Each item will display in its own line that will have a number. Additional properties and their values will display in parentheses.
The "ul" format produces a bulleted list. Each item will display in its own line preceded by a bullet. Additional properties and their values will display in parentheses.
