Oak Alley Plantation for the wonderful evenly paced 28 300+year old oak trees. It is indeed appeared in a number of movies including interview w/ a vampire. There are also some other nice plantations nearby within short driving distance from either New Orleans or Baton Rouge that reflect the past of south Louisiana .
