Summary

Kratos XSAM 800 (split tone)

An old Kratos XSAM 800 photoelectron spectroscope in the Surface Science Laboratory at Tampere University of Technology, Finland. This particular instrument is used to analyse surface chemical composition in nanoscale. It is, however, going to be decommissioned this year as we receive a new, state-of-the-art imaging XPS system.
