Summary

Gossypium darwinii, Darwin's cotton, Urbina Bay, Isabella Island. Although this cotton is endemic to the galapagos Islands, it is closely related to Gossypium barbadense, or Egyptian cotton. Allozyme diversity and introgression in the Galapagos Islands (Pacific Ocean) endemic Gossypium darwinii and its relationship to continental Gossypium barbadense.
