Introduction
Trypanosoma can contain a very large group of parasitic species. The trypanosoma will infect many organisms like man, animals, humans and other organism’s people from Africa call it the “sleeping sickness.” There are two types of this trypanosoma, Trypanosoma brucei- this is a known as a virus that is transported by either a fly, it injects the virus through your blood stream. The fly can spread its virus through its bits. The name for which an organisms it bitten by an animal carrying tryanosoma is called antigenic variation. Some trypanosoma can modify the hoists surface membrane; it will spread to the hoist nervous system. There are symptoms that will included headache, weakness, and joint pain in the initial stages; anaemia, cardiovascular problems, there could also be kidney failure, their has been willing as many 66-million in sub-Saharan Africa that have been affected. Crithidia, multiply freely, and pass ultimately to the mouthparts or salivary structures whence they may be inoculated into a new vertebrate host bitten by the invertebratehost, and that are responsible for various serious diseases (as Chagas' disease, dourine, nagana, sleeping sickness, and surra) of humans and domestic animals[4] -From dictionary.com/ Definition of Trypanosoma
Anatomy
While Trypanosona grows inside of a testing fly, glycol protein plays a big role in the testing fly as it helps make procyclic acidic repetitive protein (PARP). [5]With the studies of RNA there is parp genus that would be transcribed inside by alpha-amanitin-resistant RNA. DNA from the RNA transports transfected trypanosomes when this process happens this is a sign the trans-splicing and polyadenylation is doing its work to help move the DNA. The complex structure can show that 330 bp splits the activity [6]There are many pathogenic parasites; they play a very important role these will also inclued Trypanosoma brucei the African trypanosomiasis plays a big part in the transportation of the famous Chagas’ disease in Africa. There has been an advancement of transportation for this disease they include Trypanosoma is put into the class of kinetoplastida, they got the name Trypanosoma from Greek, for this name, when it was first discovered they called it, a cork-screw shape organism because of the way the body looked.
Reproduction
Trypanosoma it will do reproduction inside of a white blood cell. It will take and destroy the very thin muscle fibers; also the apex is in action with the parasite to make thin myocardium. People who get injected with the virus will slowly contain a enlarged heart and very feeble. There is about 16 to 18 million people that have been infected, or are still infected with Chagas' disease, which is mostly Chagas' disease, it it mostly located in Southern American countries.[7]
The blood stream can be the main transporter of the disease and the reproduction helper. And the disease will infect more people by transfusion of one persona blood to someone’s else’s blood. [8]
The Trypanosoma also has two majior ways it can reproduce they are
- 1. Lytic cycle
- 2. Lysogenic cycle
Ecology
Tsetse fly is the most common type of Trypanosoma brucei transporter, in native America. These tsetse flies come from the Western Central Africa. They can also be found in Eastern and Southern parts of the continent the tsetse flies can habitat in many different locations, it also depends on the fly and where it is located; another thing can also determine the fly’s habitat is the altitude that can change their distribution[9] Trypanosoma cruzi- was thought only to be found in Brazil and some surrounding areas around brazil, northern and southern America have had reports that the trypanosome has been found infecting people in that area. The number one reason people think that this virus has spreead so far is people border jumping and not getting a vacseen shot.[10]
Diseases caused by Trypanosoma
Trypanosoma cruzi: Chagas' Disease, Man in South America, Cardiovascular System Diseases, Animals
Trypanosoma brucei-group: Sleeping Sickness in humans in West and East Africa; Nagana in animals.
