Wikible

Wikible is a new multilingual wiki website started in November, 2005. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and free encyclopedia of God's Word, the Bible. All content on Wikible is released in the public domain and is is free to copy and redistribute.

Wikible does not hold to the Neutral Point of View as claimed by other websites, such as wikipedia. Wikible requires that editors register, and asks that they hold to the Wikible statement of faith as followers of Christ.

Interwiki linking

Wikible has been set up for Interwiki linking. A link like [[Wikible:Main Page]] will appear like this: Wikible:Main Page and redirect you to Wikible's Main Page. To Create a titled link, use a format like [[Wikible:Creationism|Creationism]], which will simply appear as: Creationism.

Wikible statistics

As of July, 2007 there are 11,308 total pages in the database. This includes "talk" pages, pages about Wikible, minimal "stub" pages, redirects, and others that probably don't qualify as content pages. Excluding those, there are 7,056 pages that are probably legitimate content pages. There have been a total of 1,018,149 page views, and 25,466 page edits since Wikible was setup. That comes to 2.25 average edits per page, and 39.98 views per edit.
