Dinosaur in the Bible

Dinosaur's in the Bible are graphic descriptions of animals in the Bible that may be dinosaur and a Plesiosaur respectively. Behemoth is described as an immense land animal, which is believed by some to be a Sauropod. Leviathan, on the other hand, is portrayed as a terrifying fire-breathing sea monster that may be a Kronosaurus.[1][2]

Leviathan

There are graphic descriptions of an animal in the Bible, called Leviathan, which is portrayed as a terrifying fire-breathing sea monster. Some believe that Leviathan is a reference to an extinct animal that was alive and known to those that lived during the days of the Old Testament. Most that hold to this view suspect it was a plesiosaur, such as the Kronosaurus. However, Dr Carl Wieland in Dragons of the Deep proposes that it was the giant armored crocodile Sarcosuchus.
