Dan (Hebrew: דּן, Dān; "judge"), (b. 2190 AM 1970 BC

2190 AM), was a Jacob and Bilhah (the first son of Bilhah, but the fifth son of Jacob). He is the ancestor of the Tribe of Dan. He had eleven brothers: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, and Benjamin. He also had a sister, Dinah.
